Hallam’s Breakfast Club provides a safe, welcoming start to the school day in a friendly and supervised environment.

Joining Breakfast Club

If you would like your child to attend Breakfast Club, please read, complete and sign the following forms:

  • Breakfast and After School Club Policy
  • Registration Form
  • Collection Form
  • Online booking via ParentPay
  • Booking Form for the relevant term (only required for those paying by Childcare Vouchers)

These forms are attached below, or available from the school office. Without completed forms, your child will not be able to attend.

Please ensure you read the Breakfast and After School Club Policy before your child attends. For further information, please contact the school office.

Bookings

  • Sessions must be booked in advance via ParentPay or by booking form (Childcare Voucher users only).
  • Emergency bookings may be requested by contacting the school office.

Please notify the school office if your child is unable to attend a pre-booked session:

  • No refunds for non-attendance
  • Late cancellations may still be charged

Payment

All payments are made via ParentPay or Childcare Vouchers.
Please ensure accounts remain in credit.

1. Log onto your government tax free childcare

2. Choose Hallam Primary School as your childcare provider

3. Send funds directly to Hallam Nursery & Primary School

4. Once payment has been sent, email voucherpayments@hallam.sheffield.sch.uk with the following information:

  • Your child’s name
  • How much you are sending
  • How you would like the funds allocating e.g. Breakfast, afterschool or Nursery Fees
  • The reference the payment will be sent with which should start with the first letter of your child’s first name and the first 3 letters of their last name e.g. John Smith would be JSMI

Once payment has been received into the Hallam Bank account finance will manually process the payments onto your child’s ParentPay account using the information you have sent.

You can either use the paper forms to book and pay for the full amount in one go or you can book and pay monthly to clear the balance each term. You can also pre-load your parentpay account with the voucher payment and draw from the credits when sessions are booked.
